Joe Luciano became a real estate agent at the age of 19, after previously gaining an interest in personal finance and investing in the stock market. There’s always been that underlying itch to create something to then watch it grow and develop over time.
Joe created over half a dozen businesses all before graduating high school. Often selling small products in either the hallways or online, he developed a keen business acumen that has transitioned smoothly into helping his clients buy and sell real estate.
As a full-time Realtor, helping clients is always the first priority. That may mean dropping everything to draft an offer, schedule a showing, or responding to attorneys in an ongoing deal. In a business where ‘time is of the essence’, prompt responses and availability can be the difference in whether or not your transaction will go smoothly.
Working with everyone from first time home buyers, to seasoned investors and developers. Offering differing services depending on the client and their needs. For a first time buyer, a slower approach explaining every detail so they can be an expert by closing time. For a developer, a more technical approach to strategy and comprehensive marketing plan looking at the big picture.
Areas served include Greater Boston & North Shore Massachusetts (Essex County, Suffolk County, Middlesex County).
Social Media Expert
While traditional real estate advertising methods remain important, like it or not social media is by far and away the most effective at the moment.
Every property deserves a unique strategy depending on the projected type of buyer (ex. a social media content strategy would be less effective for a 55+ community). On the opposing view, social media can indirectly hit the projected buyer pool through family, friends, kids- It’s easier to share a post on social media than it is an ad in the newspaper with someone you know is looking.

Outside of Being a Realtor®
As nerdy as it is, outside of real estate, I’m always thinking about new businesses & different strategies. This website and brand: Joe’s Homes, was thought of and started outside of the office. In my downtime, I help other businesses create websites and work on social media content for others.
Aside from working on different businesses, I enjoy analyzing the financials of various publicly traded companies to actively invest in the stock market while also playing around with small options positions.
As an avid outdoorsman, I can often be found fishing along the shore of Plum Island, kayaking the local ponds, walking my dog Rosco, or hiking.
